Our Story
Kelley is the owner and lead tax preparation specialist at Kelley’s Tax Service, providing trusted personal and small business tax preparation, as well as estate and trust tax services, to clients in Thunder Bay, Northwestern Ontario, and across Canada through secure remote services. With 19 years of experience in tax preparation, Kelley launched her independent tax service six years ago with a focus on accuracy, accessibility, and client care.

Kelley is supported by a knowledgeable and growing team dedicated to delivering reliable tax solutions. Sarah, our friendly receptionist, is often the first point of contact and is always ready to assist clients with questions throughout tax season. Jen, one of our experienced tax specialists, focuses on small-business taxes and prepares personal and rental income tax returns, helping clients navigate deductions, filings, and CRA requirements with confidence. Lindsey, the newest member of our team, has completed her professional tax certification and works alongside the team to ensure every return reflects current tax regulations and best practices.
